How do I access my Student Account after I enrolled?
You can access your account thru the “My Account”, you can see that at the top of the page. There is also a link attached to the confirmation email you’ll receive after you purchase the course.
I have enrolled but I do not have time to finish, is there a deadline to access my course?
Yes, once you enroll in the course, you have three (3) months to finish the course. If you need more time to access your course, you can contact us thru the “Contact Us” page.
Do I need to purchase a kit with my course?
Either way. If you have purchased the course first- then we will send you the kit. But If you purchased the Lash Kit first – then we will give you a discount to purchase the course (big one! 😉)
Where can we purchase the Lash Kit?

How do I get a certificate?
After you finish the course, you’ll earn a certificate. You’ll fill up a form and after we receive your filled-up form, we will send the certificate thru email.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
JLonBeautyAcademy online courses include immediate access to the course materials, therefore we do not offer refunds.
